Newsletters are last century. If I want to find something I want to look it up NOW. Anything you can deliver to me every other month is likely to be stale and - if it's in my inbox - it's likely to be deleted before I read it.
RSS, blogs, pull (not push) media will win.
There's some interesting content in that last issue but those should be blog posts. The content could be parsed by RSS and the information given greater granularity and visibililty.
I agree, Nathan. As a blogger and podcaster myself, that is something I have had on the back burner for this website ever since I took it over. It has been easier however to maintain the format until I could carve out more time to devote to this community. Perhaps 2010 is the year I make deeper contact with my fellow writers and convert this newsletter into an even stronger resource with regular content.
I am open to all suggestions, and I'd love to talk with you more about some ideas for the website!
